Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website jesuale.com (the "Site") and the purchase of tickets to events by the artist Jesuale. By using the Site, purchasing a ticket, registering, or checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase tickets.
1. Operator
The Site is operated by the official management of Jesuale. Contractual, commercial, or legal contact details are published on the /contact page of the Site and may be updated at any time. All formal communications must be addressed through those channels.
2. Scope
The Site allows you to (a) browse information about the artist, his music, and his events, (b) purchase tickets to live events, (c) reserve free tickets when offered by the organizer, (d) subscribe to communications, and (e) participate in raffles tied to specific events.
3. Ticket purchase and delivery
Prices are shown in the currency stated for each event and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed by an external gateway (Stripe). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a digital ticket and a unique QR code. Presenting the QR code (printed or on screen) is required to enter the event. Each QR code is single-use: if duplicated, scanned, or shared, only the first scan will be valid. The buyer is responsible for safeguarding the ticket and not sharing it.
4. Named tickets
The ticket is issued in the name of the buyer or the holder indicated at checkout. The organizer may request official ID at the entrance; in case of discrepancy, the right of admission is reserved. Transfers to third parties are allowed only when made personally and in good faith; resale for profit is prohibited.
5. Refunds and changes
Tickets are non-refundable except in the following cases: (a) full cancellation of the event by the organizer, in which case the full ticket value will be refunded to the original payment method within thirty (30) days; (b) significant rescheduling of date or venue, in which case the buyer may keep the ticket for the new date or request a refund within seven (7) days of the announcement; (c) as required by applicable consumer protection law. Refunds are not available for buyer-attributable causes (no-show, lateness, lost ticket, denied entry due to venue rules, etc.).
6. Force majeure
The organizer is not liable for cancellation, suspension, delay, or modification of the event due to force majeure or fortuitous events (extreme weather, health emergencies, government orders, technical failures of the venue, etc.). In such cases, the venue's policies and applicable local regulations will apply.
7. Venue access and conduct
Access to the venue is subject to the venue's rules and applicable law. The organizer reserves the right of admission and continued attendance, including the right to remove persons who are intoxicated, under the influence, behaving aggressively, or endangering others. Minors may attend according to each event's rating, accompanied by an adult when required.
8. Image and sound capture
Photos and video may be captured during the events by the organizer, press, and authorized third parties. By attending, the buyer authorizes the non-commercial use of their image when it appears incidentally in audience footage. Professional recording or use of audiovisual equipment by the audience requires prior authorization.
9. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, audio, video, code, and design) is the property of Jesuale, his management, or their respective owners and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. Personal, non-commercial use of public materials is allowed. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without express written permission is prohibited.
10. Personal data and privacy
Personal data you provide (name, email, phone, payment data) is processed under our Privacy Notice available at /privacy. Payment data is not stored on our servers; it is processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and PCI-DSS security standards.
11. Raffles
Some events include raffles among paid attendees. Eligible attendees are entered automatically as indicated for each raffle. Winners are selected randomly by the organizer and the decision is final. Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided at checkout and must claim their prize within the indicated period; otherwise the prize may be declared void.
12. Electronic communications
By subscribing to the newsletter or creating an account, you authorize us to send you communications about the artist, events, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to the management team.
13. Limitation of liability
The Site is offered "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Jesuale, his management, nor the technology providers shall be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or any harm arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access it, nor for incidents outside the organizer's control during an event. The organizer's maximum liability to the buyer, in any case, is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after a change implies acceptance of the new version. Substantial changes will be announced beforehand on the Site or by email to registered accounts.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise in favor of the buyer.
